Made 11:30am appointment. Got there, checked in and was seated in waiting room by 11;20. Employees were courteous. Vehicle set out front until 12:15pm before being worked on. Left at about 1pm. I consider my time as valuable as the dealership's and believe if you encourage appointments being made, you should honor the appointment. Otherwise the experience was good.
I was in and out within 30 minutes for unscheduled maintenance on my vehicle.. Great Job Service Center!!!!

Went in for an oil change, got home and had a "special offer" in the mail for a discounted oil change, but was charged full price. Service department was apparently not aware there was a sale going on. All of this after waiting 45 minutes past appointment time for my car to be taken in.

The person I dealt with at the Maintenance Service Center was very helpful. He was polite and did a great job in helping me with an issue not related to my oil change and tire rotation. His name is Vidal Kristian Maldon.

Ralph could have been more willing to help. I called to check on the status of the remedy to repair an outstanding recall. Last year I received a notificatoon letter about the recall but at that time there was no remedy to repair the issue. I was told i would receive letter informing me there was a solution to the recall. I called because I received a text ( from Don McGill Toyota, where i purchased my car) instead of a letter in the mail regarding the recall.
