I have great experiences so far! I bought my 2021 Venza in February and got hit from behind in May. The parts did take time to come in but no fault of the dealership. It was a supply chain issue that the whole US was experiencing. But, the dealership did paint parts as they arrived so that I didn't have to have my car in the shop but for a short time. The experience with Robert and the team was fantastic. GREAT communication, updates and understanding of my current situation. I also appreciate the follow up and updates after I left the dealership. The biggest issue I have with other service companies is always being the one to call back and check in. I did not have to do this at anytime with Mac Haik service. I always felt up to date.
