I had the pleasure of being assisted by Lauren in Birmingham train station on the weekend. I have never had such incredible service in my life! She was so helpful and friendly, while also being very informative. She wrote down all of the products she used for me and I’ve since bought them all now that I’m back in London. I had a fantastic experience at MAC Cosmetics in Birmingham New Street, all thanks to Lauren! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and comfortable and took the time to help me find the perfect shade of concealer. Her expertise and knowledge were evident, and she made the process feel effortless and fun. Lauren provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond even providing recommendations to help me with my day to day skin care routine!

I came in last week and spoke to Lauren, she was so patient with me and really seemed to care about me and not just the sale. She had an answer to everything I had to ask and overall I will no longer be going to any other store for my make up. Thank you for making me smile and I can’t wait for my next shop!
