I’ve been getting my nails professionally done for over 10 years in multiple countries, and I can confidently say this was one of the worst and most careless experiences I’ve ever had. I clearly told the technician multiple times that there was air trapped under my thumbnail and asked her to file it down and clean it properly before applying any new product.
