We had 4 rooms supplied and fitted and whilst I was very happy with the carpets themselves, the fitters opened a door and have clearly smashed a palm sized hole from the door handle through my newly plastered wall. I know they've done this. They know they've done this however when I went to look I didn't immediately notice as obviously I wasn't looking at the walls I was looking at the floor and now they'reclaiming ignorance. We recently purchased a carpet from this shop,where all the staff was very helpful,and friendly. The two fitters that came to fit it,were very efficient, helpful and very polite..highly recommended..

We had 3 carpets fitted in our new home yesterday by these guys, brilliant from start to finish. From measuring up to being fitted the communication was brill and a very reasonable price. Will definitely be ordering again soon!
