Burke was a GAL in a family member's case and she was awful. He got a good result, but it was in spite of Burke. She is reckless, lazy and seems to fail to understand her role. She blew off several court imposed deadlines to submit her report. When she finally did write a report, it was so sloppily written as to have been irresponsible. (People who she interviewed said she mischaracterized what they said.)
