We had a double side extension completed on our 1950s semi. We appointed Mike over our other quotes as he gave us the confidence that doing one of the most stressful things possible would be handled with care and experience. We weren't disappointed. Do not use this company. Poor quality work, lack of communication and unqualified staff left without supervision. Before we appointed this company, Mike was in regular contact with us as soon as the work started we hardly heard from, staff started work onsite and after one week started to disappear. Mike expected us to pay instalments but had no timeline of what progress we should expect. The work was shoddy, so bad that it is now being ripped out. Would definitely recommend M Mills Building Contractors Ltd. I had my loft Insulated and a new composite door fitted and they did an excellent job from the start to finish. Great customer service, polite, friendly and very tidy.
Does not pay his contractors. Obviously makes a living ripping hard working lads off and not paying them for the work
