Terrible place, avoid at all costs. Their main goal is to increase the loan amount as much as possible so the make as much commission as possible and the lender gets as much interest as possible. 36 hours before close they informed me I needed $1100 more to close but could never explain why, something to do with insurance but they could not produce numbers to back it up, then a day after closing I get a check from my old loan company for an overpayment of $1400.
