I have to say that the experience that I and my wife Kathy recieved from Kirk at M&M Mortgage was superior. I had saved his number from 6 years ago when I thought I was ready to refinance, but Kirk guided me at that time that it would be better if I did this first and that second. I was able to close in three weeks which was amazing!
