I worked with Andrea Winbush on a refinance. I actually had contacted a few different brokers, and Andrea was by far the easiest and most transparent to work with. I never felt like she was trying to make a sale. During the process, the appraiser nearly caused the deal to fall through, as she took way too long to finish her appraisal report. Andrea was able to secure a rate lock extension from the lender so I could avoid worst case pricing. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or refinance.
