Beau knows loans! Normally this process is a hassle for everyone, but Beau’s tech savvy ways helped everything go seamless. Attext savvy one point we had an issue with the house that we were in a pending sale with, and it wasn’t going to work out. Rather than push for us to take the house, Beau gave us some great counsel and helped us out of the deal to get our down payment back. He then got us into a great house! Very Dishonest! Kevin Schuyler pretended to really care about my family and I, however tried to get my credit card number without even telling me about the fees they were going to charge to my account. Then he tells me the charges would be somewhere between 450 and 700.00. Be careful with this place, they are very good at fooling you to believe they are honest. When confronting Kevin with his dishonesty all he ended with is a text asking me NOT TO TEXT HIM. How very sad for those naive people who fall for his tricks.

I apologize for the late response Andrew and for your negative experience. Appraisal costs are specific to each transaction depending on the program and lender. Giving a range is not taught by us and acting the way the consultant did towards you after was not remotely acceptable. The consultant is no longer with M & M and this behavior wasn't okay at that time nor is it now.
My wife and I had a great experience working with Scott Swenson at M&M Mortgage. He pulled out all of the stops in an effort to get us the best terms possible with our new mortgage. We will be working with him again very soon.
Jordan Johnson was great, bought my house with them a year ago, something came up and here I am a year later refinancing and my first thought was to go to m&m. Id recommend them to anyone.

What a great company to deal with. Scott Swensen did a fantastic job on my refinancing and it took only a few short weeks. Very professional, efficient and I highly recommend this company.
