Worked with M & M Mortgage and things could not have gone smoother! From the options to closing, Scott Swensen kept us informed, even after hours and on the weekend when he was at the cabin! I would highly recommend!
Caveat Emptor. I worked with a broker, Scott Swansen, who cited terms for the mortgage. However, he refused to send me the Loan Estimate despite repeated requests. I came to find out that the application had different terms than what he had originally cited. Be *very* detailed when you review terms with this firm.

Loan estimates are unfortunately not given by the broker (M & M) any longer as they are provided by the lender (one of oir 25+ lenders) within 3 days of the application. I am sorry that you felt that the numbers didn't match up. Scott is one of our top consultants at M & M and has many very happy clients. I was looking to refinance and filled out a HARP survey. 20 seconds later my phone was blowing up. Then I stumbled on Lending Tree and the phone rang more... I received an email from Scott then a text. He was great! Things went very smoothly and he was very good at keeping me informed on what was going on during the process. It all went very quickly. I would recommend Scott to any of my friends.
It is my absolute pleasure to recommend M&M Mortgage for anyone who is planning to refinance their house. The team made the process easy to understand and accommodating to my needs. They do an excellent job, are always punctual, and offer the most competitive rates in town. In my situation, the process only took less than a month to get my refinancing approved. Working with them is very stress free because they are pretty straight forward and cater their options to what you really need.
