RecommendedWe refinanced with Graham Kaun through M&M a week or so ago, and the experience was smoother than the ice cream on a Dairy Queen chocolate dipped cone (and that's real smooth). I had so many questions, but Graham explained them promptly and in language/terms I could understand. Plus, he went above and beyond to look out for us and make sure we were doing what was best for our situation.
Do they give out gold metals for mortgage consultants? Graham deserves one. Buying a home during COVID19 is no easy feat — then add on an impossible battle of unfreezing a credit report where call centers were underrepresented. This man spent hours on the phone on my behalf for weeks attempting to contact a credit bureau.
