I saw the work Mike and his lads had done on a couple of properties nearby so asked them to repoint my house. What a difference! From a tired looking terrace, it now stands out from the rest. The work was done as promised and extra work undertaken to the chimney stack. Everywhere has been left clean and tidy and I can honestly recommend Mike and his team for their excellent and efficient work. I would definitely use them again. Thank you!
From start to finish, Mike and his lads have done a brilliant job for us. We have had our house pointed and all existing rendering taken off and replaced within a week. I have worked with and watched many builders over the years,I can honestly say this company is one of the best I've seen, for professionalism, tidyness and costs .
M and F Builders have done a fabulous job of our large loft extension with bathroom and our rear extension to create a stunning L shaped kitchen diner. They also reconfigured the existing ground floor to a high standard including two more shower rooms and stairwell. They have been professional throughout, quick to respond and easy to work with. We have had a really good client/builder relationship particularly with Martin and Mike who we would highly recommend.

I have just had my loft done by Mike and his team and it has been absolutely fantastic! The finish is brilliant and the speed and price really competitive. My house was kept clean and tidy and each one of the workers that came round were polite and thoughtful- I totally recommend the team and thank him for making my home so very lovely !
