Firstly I want to say that the boutique itself is really lovely and very tastefully decorated. However this was my first bridal appointment which I went into feeling super excited and just came out feeling quite flat. The welcome was very underwhelming and the staff just seemed quite uninterested. We eventually had to ask if we could have a drink and we were given one which was fine. I visited this store yesterday for a private appointment with my sister in law and mother in law. Staff was relaxed, enthusiastic and patient. I did not feel rushed to say yes to the dress. The shop is beautifully presented and appeared to cater for all budgets. Jodie appeared genuinely interested in the wedding and how i visualized my dream dress and overall wedding style. Really lovely shop located in a lovely part of Lytham. And I did say yes to the dress :)
My fiance went in a few weeks ago, found the lady not friendly, unpatient and pushy to settle for a dress quickly. We are gutted she experienced this, it was meant to be a special day with our mums. Would not recommend at all
