Had my nails done here for the first time pre holiday this week and super impressed with the service! Elizabet took so much time and care and listened to exactly what I wanted. She and the other lady working there (not sure of her name but she does hair styling) were both lovely, very friendly, welcoming and chatty. Looking forward to coming back in a few weeks and will be recommending! Thank you!

Exceptional service from Elizabet. She was very friendly, welcoming & professional. Had issues with the Groupon code but she was still prepared to perform the treatment. Will definitely return.

Fraud lady. Groupon offered us to buy 2 coupons each and we as a couple bought 2 each total 4 so that me and my wife can have 2 massages each and when we had 1 session each in 2nd she started asking extra money in cash because she was not happy with groupon terms and conditions and she also asked us to talk to groupon and take refund and we did and got money back in vouchers and now she is charging us as no show charge 20 pounds each. Turned up for my appt to be told that I didn’t have one even though I showed the attached confirmation. I already had to have a refund from groupon on a previous booking for reflexology as the therapist was no longer working the day that I booked due to over subscribed allocations on Groupon. On both occasions I was not happy with the way in which I was dealt with and thought she was very unprofessional and rude.
