the staff here are discriminatory and disgusting. it’s meant to be apart of south downs mental health but try to use your mental health against you when you tell them about the issues in the rooms. infestations of bed bugs everywhere. cockroaches in the halls. holes in ceilings and floors. wires hanging out from fire alarms. IT IS DISGUSTING. families and babies stay here and it’s a disgrace to place vulnerable people and children. I would rather live on the street then stay in such an appalling accommodation

My friend unfortunately had to stay at this house of horrors recently. Her clothes and washing powder were pinched from shared washing facilities. Had to put up with being timed when she could go back. Although the place is full unsavoury people so understandable. But worst of all this place has a problem with bed bugs, and was bitten every night. Absoultey nothing was done about it. Thankfully she is no longer there and has filed a complaint. This place needs to be reported or better still burning down.

This place is now run by SDR SOUTH DOWNS Residential Location is bad nothing but drugs in the rooms and the smoking garden Eastbourne council is trying to charge people council tax for rooms they have on there system listed as self contained which it's not There is under planning that each room requires as a self contained room a kitchen with cupboards a cooker a sink and a separate bathroom Microwaves do not for into the cooking category If the a shared kitchen with lots of cookers and fridges then the rooms are not self co... read more
