After listening to my friend how good Lymmitless is, I decided to join the 6wk programme after years of no exercise , and wow , I’m loving every session so far ! Its fab, 45 min sessions 4 times a wk with a free yoga session, all booked on an app, levels taken at your own pace , Its friendly , nobody judging, lovely ladies all there for the same reasons, great motivating instructors & Im starting to see results already, its given me body confidence and at the same time strengthening my bones! I’ve tried many a gym in the past but this is the first one where I feel I really matter to them. They don’t just take your money and then leave you to your own devices. They have fantastically well organised and structured sessions which are then tailored to suit you. I feel really motivated to keep going. Well done to Scott and his team.
