To every person who said this place is one star you should all try Greenfields’s and see what a real bad service is and btw I’m a schizophrenic who has a full time carer 10 years at greenfield nothing 6 months here and already done more for me
I had a nurse who told me I hadn't been in touch for a year so stopped seeing me, when I explained that I had left numerous messages, I was dismissed and basically called a lyer. I was ment to have home visits every week or two but that's a joke, Last time I spoke to them I told them I had self harmed, I was that they'll ring on Monday that was three months ago. It is making worse not healing ne

Awful service. How they're in charge of looking after extremely vulnerable & unwell people is beyond me. They don't even listen to you & make up a pack of lies in the care plan. Something seriously needs to be done about this place.
