This is the second disappointing visit I’ve had now … The first time I went in , the lady was rough and cut me , I expressed I wasn’t happy with the nails I had and they didn’t look anything similar to the picture and it was shrugged off and I was told they’re fine… they lifted horrendously , and the edges around my cuticle were awful and I was left with acrylic under the nail, the price for the infill was also beyond a joke and kept changing every time I asked the price at the end . this time I walked in with a friend and w... read more

Both my daughter and I had our nails today. The girls doing mine clearly wasn’t in the mood to be doin nails today. Was quite moody and did a very half hearted job. She cut one finger while rubbing it down, kind of said sorry and then continued to do the same to another two fingers. She also brushed the acrylic all over my fingers so I left looking crusty (see pic). They also weren’t shaped very well so I’ll have to do it myself tonight.
