AVOID! My daughter had her nails done a couple of weeks ago by Meg, who was great. However, when we called to ask how to remove the polish, the experience completely changed. The owner was shockingly rude, patronising, and repeatedly accused my partner of lying. The way she spoke was appalling and totally unprofessional. Based on this phone call alone, we will never return. If you’re happy to be spoken to like crap then this is the nail place for you.

Customer service was shocking, went into the shop after seeing tanning was listed was looking for nails brows and tan to be told in a rude tone the women upstairs does eyebrows but you can't talk to her take a leaflet and ring we ain't got no appointments for nails until Wednesday and you can't have a tan because we don't do them- absolutely shocking didn't even lift her head to talk to me! Just a heads up if you don't provide the service don't advertise that you do and then get aggy when approached!

Went first time today and not too happy with my nails. I asked to keep as much as possible as I had 2 shoter nails and the lady completely filed all the length short and so disappointed as i had spent ages growing and I asked for square with slightly rounded corners and some are and some look completely rounded. Will not be going back.
