I went to Luxe Nails for BIAB after struggling to grow my nails following chemotherapy,it had taken me 2 years to grow a small amount of healthy growth on each nail. I was quite happy with the first and second applications, although the whole point of BIAB was to grow my own nails and after the second application my nails seemed shorter than when I first went in, the technician was quite aggressive with the file. AVOID! My daughter had her nails done a couple of weeks ago by Meg, who was great. However, when we called to ask how to remove the polish, the experience completely changed. The owner was shockingly rude, patronising, and repeatedly accused my partner of lying. The way she spoke was appalling and totally unprofessional. Based on this phone call alone, we will never return. If you’re happy to be spoken to like crap then this is the nail place for you.

Customer service was shocking, went into the shop after seeing tanning was listed was looking for nails brows and tan to be told in a rude tone the women upstairs does eyebrows but you can't talk to her take a leaflet and ring we ain't got no appointments for nails until Wednesday and you can't have a tan because we don't do them- absolutely shocking didn't even lift her head to talk to me! Just a heads up if you don't provide the service don't advertise that you do and then get aggy when approached!

Simply fantastic! Can’t recommend highly enough would give 10 stars if I could.
