Toured Lux 13 today and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and friendly atmosphere. Seems like a perfect place to live in Gainesville!
I've lived at LUX 13 Apartments (2BR / 2 bath) for almost two years now, and just signed a new lease for one of their 1BR Villas and couldn't be more excited to stay with this property! Whenever I have an issue, I know I can call or email the staff and they will address it ASAP. I think the apartment is a great value, especially for the location and amenities. Great place to live! Very close to campus, and the apartments truly are luxurious. The staff is also wonderful and they always go out of their way to help you.
Had such an amazing experience with the staff Miss Koon was especially helpful and pleasant. Everyone was extremely helpful and informative.
I could go on and on about why I love Lux13. First off, the staff are all amazing people. I cannot tell you how helpful and kind Kristen has been to me. She has definitely made my time here the best it can be. Secondly, my apartment is wonderful. Living in the Carraway is perfect. I always hear dreaded stories about people's experiences with apartments, but I can only speak positively about my time at Lux. Lastly, there are so many amenities it has to offer! I LOVE it so much and recommend it to everyone!!
Love these beauties in the front office! New buildings are awesome, old ones were fantastic too!
I would personally like to thank all the staff at this wonderful apartment complex called Lux13 it has a been a pleasure living there over the last year and can't wait to see what next year with you guys is going to bring P.s Lux13 is by far THE BEST place ive ever stayed at and don't plan on going anywhere no time soon
