This is my second school year living here. I have had 0 issues (besides the normal roommate stuff which the apt complex can't control). Great pricing, I think its worth the price for students. They just upgraded the pool area which I thought looked fine before but now it looks awesome! The staff is very welcoming each time you are in the main office area. I chose to renew here another year because you can tell that they genuinely care. Maintenance has always fixed any issues we've had in 24 or less and are phenomenal people.... read more
It has been a fantastic experience for me. I came from Italy and it wasn’t so easy for me the first days, but they helped me out with everything possible, in particular Elizabeth to whom I owe a special thanks. The complex is really good with a nice swimming pool, a gym and a nice leasing center with computer room. I suggest you to take a furnished apartment because in my opinion the extra money that you are going to pay for it is worth it.
Staff is amazing and know me by name. They even know my dog's name. They are extremely helpful and relatable. Anytime I have issues, the manager will help me right away. It's like we're friends or something. Anyways, I definitely recommend living here if possible. The place is great. The rent is cheap. It's close to campus. And if you have an animal there is a lot of open space to play with him/her.
Great environment. Great staff. Always helpful and also quick to help. They give great deals on living and help you when you communicate with them. This is my second year living here and I love its. And I will renew again. Ask for Danielle or Zoe!
Lived here for two years. The constant change in management and people that work there makes it hard to live there. Car was broken into, maintenance is a hassle for older buildings, and once I moved out it took MONTHS to get my deposit back although it is supposed to be mailed within 30 days.
