Low quality appliances, not clean at all. After seeing the model unit when I toured I expected something very different from what I got (they did not make it clear to us that we were touring the renovated units). You can see from my pictures on Google reviews just how rough of a condition it is in. Compare that to pictures on their website and the model unit that they show you when you want to see what a 2 bed looks like and you'd be surprised it's the same place. Recommendedthis has been the absolute best apartment complex i've ever lived in and I've been in plenty all around different cities of florida. The staff is so nice and helpful,the maintenance team is SO QUICK and RESPONSIVE. honestly, this place rocks and I would give it 6 stars out of 5 if i could!!!
NO STORAGE SPACE IN DESKS
I love living at Lux13! The community here is so welcoming and fun :) The pool always has an awesome atmosphere and the 24/7 fitness center is super convenient. I already renewed my lease and plan on staying here as long as I live in Gainesville!
