Amazing amentities and friendly staff! I love it!
My apartment is so nice and the location is great! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The bathtubs in the new apartments are great because they are huge! I'm excited to be living here and I'm planning on staying until I graduate! I would definitely recommend lux13!
William Roman (Facilities) here is amazing. His level of professionalism in a very tough situation was excellent. Very well spoken and trustworthy. Went out of his way to help a resident with a very kind manner. If I were Collier I would have William training other people. His customer service earns 5 stars
Lux13 is great! It has two bus routes and is so close to campus and a lot of other local stores. The surrounding are is also nice and quiet. The apartment was in great condition and I haven't had any problems so far. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The gym isn't too big and has limited equipment but it's still nice and has a good view of pool. I would recommend living here.
The location is great, whatever you need to do, any errands, you don't have to travel far. Seems like a quiet and safe complex.
