My friend lives here and the location is horrible. The sidewalks are riddled with trash and disgusting juice from trash bags because there is only one dumpster that is miles away from the nearest apartment. The trash dumpster is always broken or full so it attracts many North American racoons and Virginia opossums to the property as well as several Florida Cottonmouth snakes (which are venomous snakes) and all kinds of other scary wildlife. Great environment and excellent community. It's a wonderful place to live and i would reccomend these apartments to anyone and everyone i meet.
