Mr. Service Department was baffled by why I had a replacement windshield in my 2008 Kia Sedona which has an air leak. We bought the vehicle new from Luther Nissan Kia and never had it replaced. Now they want me to prove it to them! They should have records or should be able to pull thier own CarFax report to see when and where it was done.
Ms. Love my "new" 2006 Nissan Murano. Kyle was great to work with. Would have liked to save a bit more on the purchase price. :-) They did leave me with enough gas to make it to the local gas station, good thing it was only a few blocks away.

Good job I had the engine replaced in my 2002 Altima. While not being fun the experience was well organized, well priced, and on time. After shopping around Luther had the best price for all the work. So good job, so far, and great price.

Great Job Had an oil change and tires rotated and balanced. They also repaired a tire with a nail in it. I was in and out very quickly and everything went smooth. Definately recommended!!!
none We liked the fact that we didn't have too hagle on the price of the vehicle. The price listed on the windshield is what you pay! Also we felt very comfortable doing business with our sales associate, Igor Tenenbaum. Very helpful, no high pressure tactics. Like doing business with a friend! We've only had our Sentra for 1 week, so we are unable to comment on the service the dealer offers, but we really like the vehicle.
Surprisingly pleasant buying and service experience. 5 star service, from our courteous and knowledgeable used vehicle salesman Kyle, to the prompt and courteous service department personnel, who took care of a couple of minor problems in a friendly, expert manner. After dealing with two incompetent, uncaring non Nissan dealerships in the past, I am blown away, and definitely will be a repeat customer. D.H.
