Loved the experience and my car! I just leased my second car from Luther Nissan and again my experience was SO pleasurable. I was greated right away and met with JP (my salesman) who already had an idea of what I was interested in. He got the ball rolling quickly and before I knew it, I was driving away with a car that I love. What a pleasure! Thanks JP and thanks Luther Nissan!

Great buying experience! I have never had a better car buying experience! I purchased a used Nissan Maxima, and everyone from my salesperson, Mike, to the Used Car Manager, Rich Spah, to the Finance person, Chuck, were fabulous to work with. They were very patient with me, and addressed all of my questions. As a female, buying a car can include some anxiety, but the staff at Luther really made it a great experience. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone!

Auto service done right Although I didn't purchase my car from this dealer, after a bad experience at a competitor - just trying to get my car fixed - this dealer welcomed me and got me in and out quickly. They took good care of me and my car and offered me a ride to work if I couldn't wait. Service people were very nice. I will return here for service in the future! PROS: Friendly, honest service CONS: none

Good service on a disappointing new Sorento Just had my second extended visit to Luther Nissan Kia with a service issue. Don't get me wrong the service team is on the ball, efficient and communicates well. It's just that I only have 1800 miles (no I didn't forget a zero or two) and I just had to give them my car for the entire week to fix an engine leak and replace 4 gaskets. They ordered parts, tested the install, and then delivered on their timelines, but I should be out driving my 2011 Sorento to the dog park, not driving... read more

Great Experience I love the car that I purchased. The whole experience was very, very positive. The deal was fair and the sale person made me feel very comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend Luther Nissan. May 2010 I visited Luther Nissan's service department for maintenance on our second car. Again, the service was top notch and the staff was extremely accomodating. June 2010

New Soul I recently went to Luther Nissan Kia to test drive the Kia Soul, just for fun. Chris Knutson (salesman) did a great job of selling me on the Soul and now I'm driving one. I had a great experience all-around at Luther. Thanks Chris!!

Great Value - mixed service We found the best value in terms of both vehicle price and trade-in value at Luther Kia/Nissan. However, we found the organization of the process to be very disorganized. Part of this could have been our rep, Stefan, was there on his day off and it was a holiday weekend, but it wasn't a smooth process. But I would definitely shop there again.

Continued Good Experience Joe Ray takes care of his customers after the sale. We recently purchased a used car from Luther Nissan Kia and made a list of minor things that we noticed after driving it for awhile. Joe Ray set us up with their team of shop experts. Everything on our list was taken care of (except one part had to be ordered). We have not seen this good of service with our new car purchases at a different dealer.

2 cars in one week! I just bought two cars from Luther Nissan, a new Murano & a used Smart. I had gone in to look at the Smart and liked the experience and service and noticed the Murano on the showroom. Ended up buying that 2 days later for my wife. The salesman JP was most accommodating and easy to work with. The no-haggle pricing seemed very competitive and the trade-in was very reasonable.
