Excellent Service The staff at Luther Nissan Kia was a great experience for me. They were friendly, pleasant to speak to and did everything t hey can to assist me on getting my first purchase on a new vehicle. They listened to my needs, and also gave me different options. I am excited with my new vehicle, and plan on going back to then in the future.
Great service, great people, cost effective! Amazing service. Booking was quick and easy and the staff was ultra friendly. Work that should have taken 2 days was finished in 3 hours. Everything was fixed and it was $200 BELOW the best estimate that I had gotten elsewhere. ...And my mechanic looked and sounded like like Jon Stewart. It was a good experience.
Slick :) Great place to buy/lease a vehicle. Excellant customer service and no pressure to buy. The salesmen are very professional and knowledgable about the vehicles and sales/lease specials. Highly recommend visiting if you are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.
options I have been doing business with Luther dealerships for the past 15 years but can not recommend this service department. I filled out the on line service form and brought my car in for a transmission flush(10+qts) and AWD service. Rather than performing a flush as requested on the service form they only drained and refilled(4 qts) I wrote a bad service review but they don't have the courtesy to call and check on poor reviews. I will go elsewhere in the future.
Customer for life! Just moved here from out of state and looking to find a new place to get service maintenance for our vehicle. So I took a chance on Luther KIA. The place had a free WiFi connection for customers in the waiting area and coffee. Great idea! However, they mixed up the services I asked for and immediately took responsibility for the error and them performed the service I originally went in for. Great experience! I drive 22 miles one way to get my car serviced at this dealership. Why? Because I purchased my Nissan Maxima there, and I had an excellent buying experience there. In addition, they are very courteous to customers and give good and honest recommendations of service needed. I also get a complimentary car wash after each service which is very nice. Highly recommended!
BUYING EXPERIANCE This is my second car from Luther Nissan Kia and I love the experiance. I did all my searching and negotiating on the internet and had my pick down to three cars. I set up a time to go in and see them and after picking the one I liked nothing changed. The price was what we agreed upon and they prepped the car and got me through the finance dept and out the door in about an hour. they also have a wonderful service dept. that I now take all 3 of my Kia's to. THANK YOU LUTHER NISSAN KIA!!!! ROBERT
Paul Your service staff took the initative, after an earlier inspection to resolve a wiper issue, to provide the recall to the wipers on my Altima and it resolved the problem. I appreciated the follow through and your evening service hours make it much easier for me to use you as my service provider of choice.
