Do not go here! went to this dealership after work on 2/27/12 and had a horrible experience. I will never go back. When I learned from the salesman that the car I researched and wanted to test drive had already sold, he offered a test drive of a Chevy Tracker SUV that he had on the lot for $4988. I said fine and he went with us on the test drive. We made it about 1.5 miles away going west on Highway 110 in Mendota Heights when I switched drivers with my daughter. Routine oil change I had my regular maintenance oil change done today at Luther Nissan in Inver Grove Heights. I arrived a bit early for my apointment, and was out the door by the time I was supposed to be there. They service writers are awesome, and so are the service tecnicians. I appreciate the super customer service and clean service area.
courteous help brought my car in today, they ran a diagnostics, came back clean, they were helpful and courteous. they even washed my car for me. ;)
Consistantly Awesome Service As usual, the Luther Nissan service department shines. I was in for a routine oil change - that went without a hitch. They did mention that my tires were in very bad condition, which I already knew to be true, so there assessment was spot-on - as it was with my brakes too; I had installed a new set of brakes myself a few months ago and the service manager reported that the brakes were in "excellent" condition, as I knew they were. Fabulous Experience! Had a wonderful experience purchasing my Rogue at Luther Nissan Kia! We take my husband's Sorrento there for service and love the service we received there. That strongly influenced us in the decision to make a purchase at that particular dealership. I love my car and the purchasing experience was top notch! I don't know if they read the reviews below but they filled up my new car with gas and detailed it before I left!
Recruiter I had a very good experience at Luther Nissan in Inver Grove. The car I bought was a 2008 Infinity, Bob and Chad were my salesmen, very nice, not high pressured at all.
