Vehicle Purchase I have purchased many vehicles over the years and I have to honestly say that this was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I applied online and when I showed up they had my car ready to go. I recommend Luther Nissan to everyone!
DC One of the best dealerships I have experienced in over 45 years and in several states! I had an intermittent confusing problem.They found what was wrong and made good on the 100,000 mile warranty on my used car purchased there two years ago...no questions asked and I have often had it serviced elsewhere. The new parts work perfectly. They even did some other minor sevice...all at no charge.
Falling Glass We have two 2008 Nissans ... a Maxima and a Coupe. Service on both cars has been good, until recently. The problem is the passenger-side window on the Coupe. A month or two ago, the window suddenly dropped straight down into the window well and then fell backwards, leaving the window at a diagonal in the well. My wife was in the passenger seat at the time, and as you can imagine, she was so frightened that she sat in the back seat until we got home. George Service has always been very good--BUT I was very disappointed to learn that although I had bought a used car with 28000+ miles on it that when I brought it in for some minor service when it had only 30,000+ on it that I was expected to have the "mfg. suggested service" for 30k+ performed on it. When I buy a car I do not expect to have "mfg suggested service " done on it 2 months after I buy it, I expect that that kind of service w2ould have been done. SUPER AWESOME ALL THE TIME! Last weekend the first Kia I ever purchased finally died for good after well over 200,000 miles and years of trusty low maintenance and repairs. Sadly she died due to my neglect but as soon as I knew a new car was in order I only wanted to return to Luther and purchase another Kia. my experience with luther Luther service is really great. The people are hard working and very, very nice. They are open till midnight. And the service desk guy was great about an estimate on a little ding. Used to go to Walser. I like Luther way better.
