Warning! I helped my daughter with the purchase of a 06 Nissan Murano in December. The purchase itself was smooth but that was the last thing that went well. Somehow they screwed up half of her papers, the ones related to her title and warranty. We are still waiting for the warranty paperwork after two attempts to correct this over the last two months. happy with service experience We purchased our Maxima at Luther Nissan late 2009. I was hesitant to commit to scheduling service with a dealership, assuming high price and lots of "selling". However, I've found Luther Nissan to be proactive with communications, open and reasonable in pricing (quoting and delivering on quote) and enjoyable as a service visit. They have workstations and Wifi so I can work during the service.
2010 Kia Forte I bought a 2010 Kia Forte at Luther a couple weeks ago and I have never been treated so awesome and with such great care and concern for my needs as I was at Luther. Their sales, service and finance departments are all well trained in customer service. They are all very knowledable, polite, and concerned for the customers needs and desires. Superior Service I have been a customer at Luther Nissan KIA for at least 6 years. Whenever I have bring my car in for routine maintenance it is always done promptly and completely. Scott and Greg (Managers) are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Last year I had a problem with the ABS. It was difficult to diagnose so I was provided with a loaner and one of the technicians actually drove the car over the weekend and determined the problem. Great service department! I bought a used car last year from Luther Kia and am very happy with it. The service department is awesome! They always do a great job and the staff are very friendly and easy to deal with. Online scheduling is nice too.

Great Customer Service Adam, one of the advisors at Luther Nissan provides outstanding service. I have had other advisors in the past, none that can compare to Adam. He made me feel like I was his only customer and took time to explain the services needed even though the service department was busy.
