Luther Nissan Kia You can purchase a used vehicle with confidence from Luther Nissan! I was worried when the check engine light came on in the used van we bought, but Luther Nissan stood behind their 30-day used car warranty and took care of it for us! They even provided a courtesy car when the repair was delayed waiting for a part. The staff was courteous and kept us updated with the status. We are thrilled with the service and glad we found our vehicle at Luther!
Great service with a smile! We bought a used SUV from Luther Nissan and recently brought it in for an oil change and maintenance check. Planning to use a coupon we had received in the mail for a discount, we were pleasantly surprised when we were told that the maintenance check was free since we hadn't used our free one since purchasing the vehicle. Not only did they perform the maintenance check, they washed the car too. All for free! And they did it with a smile. Now that's service!
so impressed My first experience with Luther's was several years ago,with thier service department- so imprressed have I been that I purchased my new car from them. I drive a bit to get there but it is worth it and I reccomend the dealership and with out any reservation.
Wonderful Car Buying Experience! I had my first positive car buying/leasing experience last week. Sue & Jason helped me to get into the best car for me at the best deal possible. I had to get my car in an emergency, Sue picked me up and stayed with me until everything could be worked out...and I have some tough credit (Thanks Jason for sticking with me!)...Thanks for my first and only positive experience with getting a car!!!!!
Phenomenal Customer Service God customer service is a rare entity in today's world. Once again, the service dept. was phenomenal. A warning light had come on erroneously; the service dept. fixed it as a "drive in" customer and took the time to check the low tire pressure warning light which was on. Again - no charge. The service mgr. also explained a few things about the controls which h I'd not picked up on. Very positive visit.

One EXTREMELY happy customer! My wife and I went to the dealship and met the best car sales consultant in this state hands down. Scott was extremely knowledgeable as well as courteous to our needs and I would be flabbergasted if someone disagreed with me. We were in and out with our new Nissan Altima within 2 hours from walking in the door. Not to mention that the car looks great and one heck of a vehicle for the money. Fabulous! I was surprised by the amount of traffic coming and going from this dealership, it was obvious they have a lot of customers, all happy customers too. I worked with Sue W. and Matt L. who were both equally fabulous. I went in looking at one particular vehicle but after driving it I was very iffy, Sue heard what I was saying about the type of vehicle I was looking for and asked me to drive a different vehicle - completely different make and model - I wasn't sure but went along.
