I had such a great and seamless experience purchasing my car here with Roger! He made the process easy, he was funny, but most importantly he asked several questions about what I liked in a car and about the car I had before I traded it in. I came in for a oil chang and fuel filter on 2015 F350. Line was long but moving faster than ford in el paso. Impressed. But when i spend all of my free time looking at the new F350. Not one sales person came out to help. Sadly i fill they judge me by how in dressed. Unfortunate for them due to i like the 16 and would have traded if good deal. I will just wati for my truck now and purchase at another dealership. Again service department good. Sales No Go
