We just purchased a used 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport yesterday, and we love it. Our Salesman Andy was fantastic. He was very patient with all of our questions. Very knowledgeable and if something needing researching, he would always get back to us. Next time you are car shopping I would definitely recommend this place. Give them a shot before going to competitors, you won't be sorry.
We love our Ford Expedition! We had a great experience with Andy K being our salesman. Always quick to respond to my phone calls/emails. He deserves a 5 but we were a little disappointed with a call his GM made. Keep it up Andy!
Luther Family Ford will charge you THOUSANDS of dollars and will NOT support nor help a customer when their vehicle has serious problems with it. Their service writer BRIAN B is completely incompetent and 100% Rude and Disrespectful-he should be written up for his level of arrogance. A report has been filed with the Ford Company and a formal complaint has been started. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH LUTHER AGAIN!!
Very very disappointing, made an appointment dropped off early , put key in drop box, called at the end of the day to see if it was done they never worked on never checked drop box, picked up my truck and will never never go back.
Can't even count how many times I've heard the word "FUCK" come out of Brandon's mouth while changing the oil in the next car over while he was talking with his coworkers. Then he proceed to sit in front of the computer and play on his cell phone while everyone else worked on the 3 cars in the bays for the 45 minutes it took to get my oil changed. Congratulations on having a super employee!
Very disappointed in the service I received. I have personally never dealt with such a rude receptionist. I was treated as though my questions were idiotic and it was a complete waste of her time to be talking to me. I came in for warranty work and had questions about the courtesy van, as I work two jobs, intern, and go to school fulltime, so when a loaner vehicle wasn't available, I wanted to know what my other options were.
