Emailed ahead and the customer service online was prompt. I had asked to test drive a 2014 Ford Focus and when I arrived they had 2 cars pulled for me. We were working with Tim Z, he explained their pricing and that the one I had first chosen was an "as is" vehicle being that it had its issues, the other that was pulled for me was essentially the same vehicle just a year older. I was there Tuesday and Thursday getting a lot of parts fixed on the car. It was great! On Saturday I had a tire that was losing air, it was very interesting but it did turn out okay.
Horrible service department. Make promises they can't keep. Liars!!!
This place is great! I recently moved here, and my previous shop said I needed to replace brakes on my Fusion hybrid. I came in for oil change, and expected to also replace brakes. Brian B. said my brakes looked great, no need to replace them. Thank you Brian B. and Luther Family Ford for honest, trustworthy, and dependable customer service. I will always bring my car to you.

Easiest dealership I’ve worked with. We bought a car over the phone and I flew up the next day and was out the door within an hour. Can’t get any easier and the staff was fantastic. Highly recommend Tryg is the best
