I bought my truck here a few years ago but still wanted to throw my opinion out there. I worked with Spenser over here and he was absolutely wonderful! I will never go to anyone else with my Ford needs! He tries everything he can to help you out and into what you want at the right price. I will be forever grateful that he got me into the truck I wanted and needed before my son was born!
I have typically had great service and been very satisfied with every aspect of the services Luther Family Ford has provided. My experience yesterday was way below what I have come to expect. I had a 9:00 appointment for a 2-2 1/2 hour repair. I waited for 4 hours only to find my car had not been worked on at up until that point. The service advisor had left for the day at noon without commicatimg any information to me. Needless to say, I was very upset and irrate about my whole experience.
Great customer service. I never felt pressured to purchase my Ford here. Really worked on getting a good trade in on my previous vehicle.
