It's never a bad day here, everyone is always super friendly and willing to help. Nobody is ever without a smile and the work environment is very positive. The warm cookies are just a bonus. :)

I bought my ford edge new 3 years ago have had a series of bad luck with things going wrong, needing service and replacement parts (thankfully under warranty). LOVE this place!! Service Department is excellent, no matter who you work with or what you are having done! I have been going to Luther Ford for years for my servicing needs and am always impressed with how well I am treated (especially as a woman) each & every time! A big thanks to Lynnette who helped me with my breaks yesterday!! When I'm able to purchase a newer vehicle, I'll definitely be going here! :)
My fiancé and I worked with Alex Kuznia and we are beyond impressed. He went out of his way to take excellent care of us during the entire process.
