Great customer service as always
Just bought a used F150 from Thomas W. Told him what I was looking for and price range. After looking at 3 trucks and test driving 2 of them I bought it. Thomas personal washed and re-vacuumed the truck for me. It already looked great but he went the extra mile and made sure it was perfect to take home. These guys were Awesome to work with! Not pushy and helped put me in my price range. Luther Family Ford will be getting more business from me in the future! Definitely recommend them!
Worst service department ever. Left parts in my vehicle. Grease and oil stains on the driver door. Screwed up the auto start and won’t take responsibility. Got the vehicle 3 days after it was promised to be done. How do you stay in business? I’ve never been treated so badly!
I can’t say enough good about Shari, Nate, Lee and all the staff. Every time we are there to buy or just get an oil change, we are treated like family. They work so hard to make sure we drive out of the lot with nothing but smiles on our faces!! Thank you for all you do and I couldn’t think of a better place to go than Luther FAMILY Ford.
