My experience was very pleasant. From the time I walked onto the showroom floor until my saleswoman (Bianca) came to meet me everyone was polite. Bianca could not have been more professional and polite. I'm very satisfied with their service and my car.

We really enjoyed our experience at this dealership. I went to two other dealerships and walked out. We did not feel comfortable with anyone there. Having a personable and professional sales person is key for anyone buying anything. The transition went so smooth and he never pressured us. Josh Caballero is a keeper. I took my car to be serviced. While it was being serviced, they allowed my car to be stolen while workers were present. It has been 22 days since it was stolen from this dealership and 21 days since any communication from this dealership of how they plan to resolve such a serious matter. I'm very disappointed in lack of communication and how the situation is being ignored.
I have bought two cars there and already loved them. But this past week, I had a nail in one of my tires after hours. I was trying to go on a holiday vacation the next day. Called them up and Valter told me to come by and he would change it personally for me. I was amazed that they were swapping tires for me at 8:30 at night. I live 30 minutes away, but will be coming now to them for service as well.

We were traveling through area on way back to Oklahoma, stopped for lunch and car wouldn't start without a jump. Called to see if they could get new battery in quickly. Gentleman said of course it takes about 20 minutes. Gave me perfect directions. In and Out very quickly. Super friendly staff and very clean waiting area. 😁 If I lived in the area they would have my service business.
