I was evacuated to the Dallas area for Hurricane Laura. I had to get my oil changed and chose Lute Riley and am so glad that I did! My attendant was so compassionate and caring. He was very respectful as well. Sam I believe was his name but think that was a nick name because he had a thick accent. Anyway he had my van washed and the oil changed free of charge. VERY SHADY PRACTICES at this dealership. I leased a Pilot about 6 weeks ago. They've still not paid off my trade and are withholding 5K. I've gotten nothing but excuses when they've actually returned my calls. At this point they aren't responding at all. I'll likely return the new car.

Mr. Kinsey, We apologize for the delay in getting you your funds. We did explain upfront that we could not release payment until we received the title to your trade which had a lien on it. We paid your vehicle off in July and the title was sent to the state by your lienholder for processing and it did take the 4-6 weeks that we told you upfront. We then processed the title and the necessary documents for your funds which you picked up on September 5th. Feel free to reach out to me if you have further questions.
The service was in a timely manner. All employees were very professional and polite. I was really surprised by the low cost of the state inspection. That was much needed during these difficult times. Thank you.

**Update: On September 1st, I was contacted by the dealership (fourth sales team member I've contacted about this issue) and told the credit is now processing, but it will take 8 weeks (t-w-o...m-o-r-e...m-o-n-t-h-s) to remove the amount from my loan.
