We had a problem with a battery and the service manager himself greeted me and walked me through the whole process. I went home with a new battery in quick fashion. I have never had a better car service experience in 50 years.

We totally recommend Lute Riley. We purchased our New 2020 Honda Accord through Tommy. He asked a few questions then brought around a Civic and an Accord so we could see both at the same time. The test drive was easy too. The process at this dealership is much faster than at HUGE dealerships. We were in and out fairly quickly. In the past, we have quite literally spent an entire day 8 hours at a dealership, Not at Lute Riley. They appreciate your time and attempt to make things run as smoothly as possible.
