The agency was very professional, they help you so much and they explain everything very well. Their service was very amazing and they solve all of your problems. I highly recommend this agency.
Took my car in for a recall fix on Monday. Feb 8. Since I have a maintenance contract with them I asked at the onset if any maintenance could be done at the same time. Answer: nope. Everything is up to date. Today, Friday feb 12 I got a notice that “time be running out for my transmission fluid. “ Hmmm. Don’t they have records to access this when asked? Not very happy about an extra trip to Richardson very soon.

It’s rare that I give an endorsement but, I need to for this facility. Lite Riley Collision Center is amazing. My dealership doesn’t have its own body shop so I went over to Lute Riley with my wife’s 2021 CX9. Something fell over on it and put a small dent in the lift gate. Adam, the service manager was amazing. While I was out having surgery he personally went and picked up my car for maintenance. Surely, due to surgery this was an unusual situation, but he made my day, week, month ten times better by being so kind and professional. Now I can sit back and recover and heal and when I can drive again my car will be ready to go. Thanks Adam!
Will never buy from here again the add ons are ridiculous!! Got lied to multiple times by Joel about my car needing a "warranty" that they said was "required" they insisted and added it after I said I did not want it called my bank and they said it was not required. We're speaking about a $1900 warranty! Showed up to pay the rest of my car cash and they just kept adding stuff!! Read your contracts guys do not let them talk you into this "warranty"!!!
