Keith is just amazing! I got exactly what I needed for the best price EVER! He listens well with all concerns. He is always easy to get ahold of and makes sure you are completely satisfied with everything. Even after my purchase he always answered my questions and I never had a hard time getting ahold of him. He just absolutely the best. This car was my second Accord I purchased from him and I refuse to deal with any other car salesman !

Customer service great! I was disappointed in recall cause of coarse walked out with $1600 despairs that I did not expect. humm makes me wonder about recalls. The $ 225 ok breaks understand but $ 1400 other no. Now I look at my Accord differently. Dang
Mini Cooper bodywork repair. First and foremost Alex at Lute Riley was "brilliant" as we Brits would say. Kept me informed every step of the way. When I reached out on one occasion — Alex responded almost immediately. Body work on car was impressive. As a designer one looks at things more critically. And to crown it all, went over the warranty, and to bring it back if there were many concerns. Thank you Alex, and all the team at Lute Riley.
