Stopped by on Friday May 17 at 3 pm for a car I saw on their website. Salesman told me that we had to go to another lot because such car was being serviced. At the other lot the car was nowhere to be found but I was told “it has a bad transmission and went to auction” all that on a car that was “traded in in the morning”. Back at the dealership the salesman tells me that the used car manager has a car that was being traded in and that I will be able to buy later on the day. I was misinformed about the status of car. It has indoor lights not working. The day after I purchased, I went to dealer to make it allright, since it was a small and quick fix for dealer while annoying for customer after spending $20 K. I was informed not certified car. I also asked if the car has timing belt or chain , I was told it has chain, and after searching on the web apparently it was misleading. Jeff is very patient, helpful, professional and the most important he was NOT PUSHING US he understood what we where looking for and helped us. services is very slow. oil change waiting for 2 hours. if you want car wash they will added another 45 minutes. if you want to ask the status about your car in service , no body knew.
I bought my 2013 Civic Si from Lute Riley Honda in Richardson TX in November 2015 with 44,000 miles on it. It was Certified Pre-owned. I paid $870 for the extended warranty because when I said I was worried about the clutch, the finance guy said it would cover it.
