My husband and I went to Lute Riley Honda after a long day at work looking for a used car. We were greeted by Jeff Soward and he went right to work. We had a great experience purchasing our car here. The staff was very friendly. Jeff Sowards took great care of us and even stayed with us well past closing time to make sure we had a good understanding of how the phone connection/syncing worked in the car. This was very helpful to have for the long ride home! We love our new car and recommend the wonderful staff here.

Very dishonest. I was insterested in a used vehicle on their website. I called to confirm it was on the lot and still for sale before I made the 45 min drive. I had previously heard okay things about this place and was set on getting a vehicle from them today. I spoke with Jessica and she confirmed it was on the lot and ready to go. My wife and I came to check out a 2007 Grand Prix that was listed at their location in Richardson, called ahead and spoke with "Jessica" who assured us the car was at the store before we left, and ofcourse we waste an hour to get to Richardson ONLY to find out the car isn't on the lot, won't be there that day or likely that week, and that we have wasted time and money again on something a dealership lists they have, when technically they don't have it. Jason greathouse was beyond fantastic. Long story had some damage and said it was warranty work. Honda declines it but Jason and his team at the body shop still fixed it for free 1700$ worth of work. I’m beyond grateful for what he did and I recommend everyone to come here. 10 star rating
One of the best Honda dealerships in Dallas. I like the way I was taken care of by the employees especially the Sales Manager, Mr. Harrison Do as well as the service Department.
