Great service from the wonderful assistant Laura B. We were looking for Christmas Gifts for our Granddaughters and Laura went to great effort to describe & explain the contents of each package. With Laura’s advice we chose two ‘Snow Fairy’ gifts. Excellent presents and fabulous service from Laura B.

An amazing time in Lush today, Katie was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and she listened to my skin problems and recommended some products that may work for me and even gave me some testers to try. Hoping they work so I can come back to buy more lush stuff asap!!!!
Every time I visit this store, everyone is always so kind and helpful. But today I went with my daughter for the special Halloween event, and we honestly had the best time! A big thank you to the two amazing staff members who made our afternoon so much fun — they answered all our questions, shared lots of interesting info about the products, and made the whole experience truly wonderful. My daughter absolutely loved it! 🎃💜
