I had such a great time at Lush White City! One of the staff members, Chaima, was especially amazing. She took the time to sit down with me, listen to what I needed, and walked me through all the products without rushing at all. She made the whole experience feel so relaxing and helpful. Honestly, she made my visit!
I visited Lush today looking for a body powder, and I have to say the service was AMAZING. Cat helped me and went above and beyond she searched everywhere to find the product for me and was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout. It was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a store. She truly deserves recognition for her hard work. Such a wonderful and dedicated employee!
Leena a lovely member of staff completely made my experience. She was so helpful and informative on the new seasonal products, considering what my needs were as a customer and what would entice me to come back for more! Highly recommend this particular store.
Every single staff memeber at lush westfield was incredible. I walked in and got the best service from a man who had only been there two days i belive, then another really sweet employee came up and was super helpful. The girl with curly hair was so helpful and sweet, and Alex gave me a free hand massage i felt like a princess! give everyone a raise right now, best customer service experience i’ve ever had
Staff are very helpful here and it smells lush inside the store!
