I often shop in the west quay store and every time I can’t fault the customer service and knowledge given by every staff member. I was especially impressed by Lauren today. Really kind and helpful. She made my daughter’s day! Really nice experience, thank you Lauren.

I had the best experience here and wanted to share! I just bought a perfume from a different brand and I wanted to go to lush to layer my scents. I have always found lush shops quite overwhelming because of the strong scents and never gone in but I know they have good products so I went in person this time. It was incredibly packed but I was trying to navigate round and try to find something that I could use and layer on top of my perfume. We were helped by Shanté, who was so so lovely and helpful. She was very kind and helped up find everything we needed, helping us try products to see what fit best for our needs. Ingredient and fact knowledge was off the chart, and I didn’t know about bringing back our pots until now, thank to Shanté. Amazing member of staff.

Came in today on a really busy Saturday, a lovely staff member named Shante came up to us, asked us if we needed any help and showed me loads of hair care products for my curly, unruly hair. She was very knowledgeable and explained all the different products, she even offered me some testers to take home with me! I’ll definitely be coming back to buy some more of these items. Hair care isn’t sone I’ve considered buying at lush before but definitely will be buying in the future. Thank you Shante, she is an asset to your team!
