Just went into Lush with my pregnant wife and Naomi spent time explaining which products would be best suited to my wife’s needs. Her customer service style was lovely!
Held a party here for my daughters birthday, Naomi and the whole team were amazing. The booking process was easy and the little details were perfect including the playlist, the birthday sign and games. Party bags were fab and everyone enjoyed themselves
Had a fabulous experience at this Lush store, was directed to the product I wanted and got chatting to the lovely Tegan. They were super helpful and talked me through the different products I was interested in - and you could tell they really care about their role. Amazing customer service 🫶
Was greated by a lovely sales assistant, Frankie - hugely knowledgeable about the Lush products and even offered and gave complimentary samples. What a beautiful store - walked out with an ear to ear smile :)
I went to lush merry hill this morning to look for a birthday present for my daughters teacher, thinking it would be a quick run in and out to see what they had… I was approached by a member of staff called Frankie and aren’t I glad I was!!!
